Life of a Graduate!

2 1/2 years in SIM-RMIT. Sounds long but actually it's not. At least, in just a blink of an eye (one of my favourite sentences during primary/secondary school composition!), I'm now a graduate and yes nearing to the next chap of my Life: Work.

No doubt, many have commented schooling is normally the best part of Life. You are (usually) provided for and you get to play and of course, you have to do your part as well. Always fear exams, but love the process of learning new things. Guess I'm one of those typical students right? Who likes exams and projects anyway? (You must be weird if you say you do! =S)

Life as a Uni undergrad, from a loner in class to a group of 3, to a group of 6 and to a row of more than 10 people belonging to the same clique, I'm quite sure this is the most memorable part of my Uni Life. Never did I expect myself to have so many friends. Though they aren't as close as those from Sec/Poly, they sure are VERY nice people. We shared updates on results or enrollment related issues, and now on tips or views in finding a job. These people aren't selfish at all and I'm glad to have known them.

My gang of 6! Zhi han, Zhuo Hwa, Ning Zhi, Karen, Josephine and ME!
And these awesome 3, Amanda, Wan Ting, Naomi
These girls belonged to the other class =/
But actually I'm glad they are. I'm sure things happened for a reason.
And I guess for mine is to make me independent.
I remembered crying over being afraid of not grouping with anyone or with people who don't do any work  and my brother assured me that things would naturally fall in place.
And yes, it really did.
Thanks to you guys! Or I wouldn't be able to pull through like what I've done!

And yes, I'm now a graduate, embarking on a new journey this Friday!
Arvato Digital Services. I'm not sure I'm ready or not, but I'll do my best and make things work! =D

Let it go if you have to.

Saw this post on Facebook and found it meaningful, so I'm here to document it!

A psychologist walked around a room while teaching stress management to an audience. As she raised a glass of water, everyone expected they'd be asked the "half empty or half full" question. Instead, with a smile on her face, she inquired: "How heavy is this glass of water?"

Answers called out ranged from 8 oz. to 20 oz.

She replied, "The absolute weight doesn't matter. It depends on how long I hold it. If I hold it for a minute, it's not a problem. If I hold it for an hour, I'll have an ache in my arm. If I hold it for a day, my arm will feel numb and paralyzed. In each case, the weight of the glass doesn't change, but the longer I hold it, the heavier it becomes." She continued, "The stresses and worries in life are like that glass of water. Think about them for a while and nothing happens. Think about them a bit longer and they begin to hurt. And if you think about them all day long, you will feel paralyzed – incapable of doing anything."

It’s important to remember to let go of your stresses. As early in the evening as you can, put all your burdens down. Don't carry them through the evening and into the night. Remember to put the glass down!

And ya, 人都是矛盾的!
When I don't have any job offers, I 烦。Now that I got a job offer, I 烦 too! Why like that!?
Anyway, pay isn't bad, just that location is more than an hour away =/ How?
I also don't know how =(
Anyway, shall relax for tonight and let it bother me on Sunday! 好吧,就这样!
