A post dedicated to my dearest and favourite Manager, SULTAN ISKANDER SHAH!
Well, the first person whom I contacted with during my internship days at Bakerzin UE Square.. He was supposed to be my trainer, but he became Pei Ching's trainer in the end. I used to fear him, stutter when I talk.. But he became someone whom I missed the most when I left...
Those days were really nice.. Especially during closing.. We used to do crazy things like.. Throwing cakes at one another (Yeah, wastages were high and no one wants to eat them! HAhaha! I didn't throw.. But I was somehow implicated during the war between him and PC!)
And yeah, he's a good cook and I admit, I miss his mac and cheese! Although he always forget to throw some salt in, he is still able to salvage the dish and make it into a nice one!
And just by looking at the card I drew for him years back, you can tell that he's one crappy person as he is able to imagine himself making croissant and roti prata just by using a cloth!
His super thick shoes, even knife wouldn't penetrate. I remember standing on one of his feet while PC stood on the other.. NO FEELING AT ALL! And yeah.. that's why he always stepped onto us without realizing!
Anywho, a caring manager who forces me to eat panadol even when I told him that I dislike swallowing pills.. You know what?! He smashed the panadol into powder, mixed it with water and SALT and forced me to swallow it T_T YUCKS!
Well, he is definitely a leader who cares and defends for his employees. I remember once, I was being scolded by a female customer.. WOMAN, I DUNNO YOU ATE WHAT 火药! SIAO DING DONG! She kept scolding me over the bar counter and he defended me by asking her to show some respect. He stood firm to defend even when that woman asked him to MYOB! Credits to Nicole Fong (Area Manager) too for standing by me.. (You too, looked stern, but I have learnt to see your merits.. You are really a nice boss).
Well, I remember learning Barista, what's good coffee and what's not, how to get half scoop of tea and pulling a heart and a double heart for my coffees! I remember you piggybacking me from the Bar counter to the sofa seats.. (Really 吓死我 at that time..) and you calling me 'Wifey' and promised to marry me if I'm left on the shelf when I'm older! Although there's nothing between us, I appreciate that promise though now you can't fulfill it already! HAHAHA! And I remember the amount of fats you have and you tried hard to go on a diet for your wedding!
I wish you all the best in Life, have a happy family, and hopefully you will grow more hair! =D
